Check whether the mats match your vehicle's exact make, model and year. If they still do not fit or their edges curl after installation, contact WeatherTech with photographs and your order details. The company can review the problem and advise whether a replacement or warranty claim is available.
Contact WeatherTech customer service and explain which clips or components are missing or damaged. Provide your product details, purchase information and photographs if requested. The company can check whether replacement parts are available and explain the next steps.
WeatherTech offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to specific conditions and exclusions. The warranty generally applies to the original vehicle in which the product was installed. Proof of purchase is required, and normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are among the exclusions.
Most products purchased directly from WeatherTech can be returned if the process is started within 30 days of delivery. Items must generally be clean, unused and returned with their original packaging and components. Customers need a Return Authorisation number before shipping the product back, and standard return shipping costs are their responsibility.
Contact WeatherTech customer service before returning the product. Provide your order number and photographs showing the damage or missing components. The company will review the issue and explain whether a replacement, return or warranty claim is appropriate.
WeatherTech inspects returned products before approving refunds. Once the return is received and approved, the company states that refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. If the amount has not appeared in your account, contact customer service with your Return Authorisation number and shipment details. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Ask WeatherTech to explain why the warranty claim was declined and request a copy of the relevant inspection findings, if available. Review the warranty conditions and provide your original purchase receipt and photographs of the defect. If the disagreement remains unresolved, you can document your experience on raiseacomplaint.com.
