Contact Tire Agent Customer Service

You can contact Tire Agent's customer support specialists directly by calling (833) 847-3463. Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. For off-hours inquiries or non-urgent matters, email info@tireagent.com. If customer service does not respond to your call or ticket within 48 hours, file a public complaint report on raiseacomplaint.com to accelerate your case review.

Tire Agent accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the tires or wheels are completely unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging with manufacturer labels intact. If you return products due to a personal preference change or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for round-trip freight shipping costs. However, if Tire Agent shipped incorrect or damaged products, they cover all return logistics fees. Once returned items arrive at the distribution warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing pieces, do not mount or alter the products. Keep all original FedEx shipping labels and packaging intact, and immediately complete the Shipment Issues Form on tireagent.com or email photo proof to info@tireagent.com. Tire Agent will arrange replacement shipping or issue a full refund. If your damage claim is stalled or denied, publish your photos and order receipts on raiseacomplaint.com for community advocacy and resolution.

Tire Agent partners with third-party lease-to-own and buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) providers to offer flexible payment schedules. Tire Agent itself does not issue credit or approve financing. If you have questions regarding interest rates, auto-pay deduction dates, or early payoff discounts, you must deal directly with the specific financing company selected during checkout. If you encounter unauthorized charges or unapplied payment credits, raise an official dispute on raiseacomplaint.com.

Because Tire Agent routes orders to automated fulfillment centers rapidly, order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately through the cancellation portal on tireagent.com or by calling (833) 847-3463. If your order has already been processed or loaded onto a delivery truck, it cannot be canceled in transit. In such cases, you must refuse delivery or initiate a standard return once the items arrive.

Yes. TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors purchased through Tire Agent arrive pre-programmed for your vehicle's make, model, and trim provided you entered complete vehicle information at checkout. Sensors are shipped directly to your home address (even if you chose shop installation) so you can program them using a mobile device or TPMS scan tool prior to mounting.

All tires sold on Tire Agent come with the standard manufacturer warranty covering treadwear life and workmanship defects. Warranty coverage begins on your purchase date. If you experience abnormal tread wear or structural defect, reach out to info@tireagent.com to initiate a manufacturer claim. If Tire Agent or the manufacturer delays your warranty claim inspection, post your tire documentation on raiseacomplaint.com to push for resolution.
