I had a disappointing experience with KukuFM. While the app has a large collection of audiobooks and stories, the overall user experience was not satisfactory. The subscription process felt unclear, and I faced issues with accessing some content even after paying for the service. The app performance also needs improvement, as I experienced frequent buffering, crashes, and slow loading times. Customer support was not very helpful and took a long time to respond without providing a proper solution. I expected a smoother experience and better value for the subscription price, but the service did not meet my expectations. KukuFM has potential, but it needs to improve its app stability, transparency, and customer support to provide a better experience for users.
