Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am Rehan Raza. Getting an issue regarding one replacement. I bought a helmet, but it was delivered broken. I requested a replacement, but no one has come to collect the damaged helmet. I need assistance.
We recommend checking the replacement request status in the Flipkart app or website under My Orders > Select the Order > Track Replacement. If the pickup has not been scheduled or completed, please contact Flipkart Customer Support through the Help Center and provide your order details, replacement request number, and photos of the damaged helmet. If a pickup date was already assigned but no one arrived, you can request a callback or raise a complaint through the support section. Keep the product, packaging, and invoice ready until the pickup is completed.
