What is your customer experience with American Homes 4 Rent?
Customer Reviews
1 totalI Want. Try to warn future renters
My experience with American Homes 4 Rent was extremely disappointing. Their new payment website repeatedly failed, and despite contacting customer service and following their instructions, I received an eviction notice before my mailed payment arrived. We eventually moved out, lost our $2,300 security deposit, and were sued for another $8,000 that was never clearly explained. At 62, this has been one of the worst rental experiences of my life. I strongly recommend considering other rental options to avoid similar stress and frustration.
